This is in fact what I did tell them and they instead chose to bombard me with another set of bad deals and accompanying alarming messages.

I can't fix it if I don't know it's leaking because I don't want to inspect your apartment every single day - you're renting a space for quiet enjoyment....that includes not being bombarded by the landlord daily. 

Sending quality information/updates through email to the people who contacted you and opted in to your email list could lead to similar results - IF you don’t bombard them with continuous sales pitches and or irrelevant information.  

Because the good agents are getting bombarded with wholesalers and investors asking for their pocket deals.

It's not a bombardment of bad clients because I've actually helped out a handful of folks the few months I've been featured.

So to explain myself a bit better, at the time I posted I was being bombarded with emails of fake hard money lenders who wanted to try and take money from me before closing(that I would never get back).

I have a young couple with a retriever puppy bombarding me with inquiries.

The credit bureaus will sell your information when you do a hardpull and you could receive 50-100 unsolicited calls in a couple of days... what we always recommend is to "opt-out" of this solicitation, do the softpull to get preapproved, and then when you find a home you can do the hardpull and not get bombarded with calls. 

I went on Angie's list and got bombarded with tons of calls so I will do more research and find the companies with the better warranties.

I constantly get bombarded with mail offering $30-$50K personal loan options.
