Advise on how to do auto rent payment please!!!!

I'm thinking that I will enable auto rent payments again after this is over and adjust it to include the repayment of any missed monthly rents, to be spread out over 6-12 months.

It’s not a big deal but certain lenders flag real estate as risky by default, so having it in your name gets you an auto red flag in certain scenarios.

Taxing autorities also play this game.I did do some golf course lots.

Is it easy for them to use a Debit Card for auto re-occuring payment?

Like you found, State Auto rates are significantly lower than I am currently paying.

I run them with below market rent, self manage, auto rent payments and only rent to tenants with long term rental history and they stay forever.

How do we setup tenants for auto payments of rents? Also, I came across this "free" online ser ice called Cozy Services... has anyone used it and have good or bad experiences??

So far, I have been happy with the auto rent collection, although the 4-6 days delay still exists each month.
