Here we have the Big 3 automakers that are pretty volnerable right now and I'm consistently reading in our paper about businesses that are laying off, cutting back or just plain closing their doors for good.

Most of this town would be referred to by most investors as war zones.Jobs are not existant in alot of the town, unemployment is insane, as most the auto industry is no longer interested in the state, and they have many reasons not to be, many have moves to south carolina, tennessee and alabama, as these are as pro union states, and are smarter moves for the auto makers.

I'd say that the detroit auto workers priced themselves out of their jobs.There are still cars being manufactured in the USA, just not in Detroit.I also would say that the auto makers didn't have all that much to do with the downfall of Detroit.

Taxes for Police, Fire, roads, etc. are all part of living in a civilized society and I don't mind paying for those things, but when the govt. is just giving our money away to Banks, the automakers, AIG, etc., then yeah I say START THE REVOLUTION!
