Pretty sure I was at community college being a Model UN nerd when this thread was started.... won "best dressed" representing a middle eastern country, while wearing attire I had picked up while stationed in the middle east, and starting WW3 over a ridiculous and unjust fig tariff (I did not win best diplomat).

Business attire?

@Gabriel H.To me this seems pretty simple, you have a good tenant that is a bit needy but inappropriate in his attire.

If I am coming from my 9-5,  I dress in business attire.  

The standard attire for the events I attend is typically business casual, but often times there are a lot of people wearing suits and ties.

I asked him to go home and change that shirt as it was inappropriate attire.

And get your surf or paddleboard lesson on the house....be sure to bring your flip flops as they are required attire:)

Have your business cards ready, either go in your professional attire, or in your house flipping attire.. we go in our house flipping attire, cargo pants steel boots, smelling like ripe ape.. the women love it.. ahem... and you will be fine.Take the business seriously and have pride calling this YOUR business, and act like it.Show respect and you will be A OK
