I know there is not a ton of resources that don't require large financial commitments, just wanted to see if anybody knew of cheaper alternatives.

Notion's definitely a good alternative but once you go past hundreds of units, I think Appfolio or Rentvine is more fitting.

My local area has high property tax and makes me wonder about PA as an alternative.
