Hi all, I'm wondering anyone aware of a resource that would provide alternative options for a property that is currently listed on Airbnb? 

Does anyone else recommend an alternative that is better priced, but equally as data heavy? 

What is the best alternative flooring that you would recommend?

Is there an lower cost alternative to granite / quartz kitchen countertops that is still suitable for an STR?
