Also, I don't believe your investors are any more pleased knowing your CEO is pursuing other business initiatives when their is clearly some adversity in the RADD business preventing redemptions.

If the rental property income covers the debt, then it shouldn't have an adverse affect on DTI.

When you get to rural areas, even in Tuscany, you need to more risk-adverse as the property value might not increase, unless you have another operating business on it like a boutique hotel or vineyard, that you can blast social media influencers to get more people to come.

We have not yet purchased from a wholesaler but I am not adverse to it.
