Is one better over the other or do you just get the data from the source directly (gov pages)?

I'm data driven and would love to immerse myself in IL, AL, MC specific property, demographic and investor-centric data sources the same way I've done in my previous area of focus.

I will be obtaining half acre of family land this year. I would like to build a duplex on it for long term rental income. I am wondering if prefab or stick built would be the way to go. I'd love to hear anyone's exper...

I met with Wicked Smart today and was told they help you set up a lead sourcing system, help you structure creative financing - which is essentially lease option/purchase, subject to and owner financing....all strategies I am interested in learning more about.
