During the foreclosure process, we were not able to locate any heirs to serve, despite contacting several friends of the deceased, doing an estate search, obituary search, Radaris search, etc. 

Property Radar is our favorite software by far (no affiliation other than I love it).

Property Radar is one I dont know if they are in FLA.. but many times there will also be some local who is doing it then selling you a subscription..

Property radar is a great tool I can't see how anyone in CA who wants to score deals does not have that app on your phone... its ridiculously affordable..

Perhaps he knows he is basically just trying to run a fund selling unregistered securities posing as Joint Ventures and is trying to keep under the SEC radar.  I

And yes Property Radar is an Awesome tool I think one of the most robust in the market place.. we have found a few gems with it as well here in UBER competitive Oregon.. and I am talking low 6 figure profits on one deal that we beat everyone to because of Property Radar.   

I'm currently exploring opportunities in both the Southern California and mid-east markets.Another consideration on my radar is the prospect of "Owner Occupying" my inaugural multifamily home in San Diego, with plans to expand my portfolio from there.I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from those with experience in the field.
