I'd like to apply to BRRRR method in Portugal but I'm struggling to understand how to do the refinance part.

My wife and I are exploring purchasing a rental in Lisbon, Portugal.

Countries I've been exploring and visiting properties in: France, Portugal, Finland.

I'm buying in Portugal because rates are far lower, occupancy is higher year round. :) However it takes a lot more out of pocket cash than it does in the US. 

Is anyone here looking into opportunities in Markets in Europe (Portugal, Spain, etc)?

This is something I was always going to do - especially for my first deal - to be comfortable with spending the majority of my savings on this.By the way, I can understand why people flee to Portugal - lovely place. ;)

Portugal was pretty nice when we were there last fall..

While there still seems to be valuable info on the podcast, I'm going to be listening with a different perspective now. well at least he has not fled to Portugal..
