Curious how this pans out.  

When I first arrived and invested on the Pacific Coast in 2018 it was still relatively unknown to investors and vacation rental investors.

I am currently doing three approaches and hopefully one of them pans out:1) Networking with others.2) Continuing setting up my Gator transactional lending business. 3) Going through the content.

So instead of always pushing max rents, I've seeing things pan out better when you just get good tenants in your properties and try and get them to stay.

Hey Kyle, take a look at Redfin's market data for Phoenix and you can see the strong migration to Phoenix from affluent parts of the country like the Pacific North West.

The reality is you have to pay for services like this and be prepared to eat the cost if the deal doesn't pan out.

But the wholesalers are people that can legitimately close on the deal, and typically will should it not pan out. 

The electrician got the 4 gang meter pan installed and went through all the fuses and whatnot to divvy out and installed separate panels for each unit.
