Those who have yet to buy a home (millennials and younger) are going to get completely screwed and have little to no ability to build wealth on their own through real estate due to cost of housing compared to incomes and the only way they will be able to do it is from mommy and daddy hopefully having significant equity in their home.

The city this house is in is fanatical about making sure there are no holes in the wall between the house and garage so fire doesn't have an easy path to get through, or carbon monoxide if someone leaves the car running...now I get it... these are college educated...millennials.

As I hope to use the unit a bit myself, I also want to take into consideration the kind of community I'd like to use (which, conveniently, is also about to be primary parent demographic so I'm hopeful other millennials will be looking for similar things)FWIW, I'm happy to do reno on an individual unit, but was kinda underwhelmed by the community as a whole.I liked Champions Gate, but at my price point, I can't buy much that's appealing there.
