The flyer you linked is about food safety rules by the Department of Agriculture and states they only allow true service animals in food establishments.

No good Mexican food which is a huge black mark....I'll give ya foodie/shopping/entertainment and housing costs (but is that a positive?)

Some people are sending supplies (clothes, other needed items like school supplies, food for humans and pets, etc). 

They'll typically leave behind mattresses, couches, broken furniture, rotten food, etc.

Pick a screening platform/application that makes sense for you.As for meeting the applicants, I recommend meeting them at the property to show the place to them rather than getting coffee or food with them.
