They have told us, when we spend more of our hard earned money to buy flights to the UK, book accommodation etc... that more will be revealed … however they are no longer returning our emails or phone calls, so with absolutely no confidence left in them, it would seem the jokes on us.I wish we had seen a post saying exactly this before we handed over the cash … so to anyone still considering putting their faith in Legacy or Epic … DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It doesn't make any sense. simple it pays better than TV.... and who really knows the extent of anyone's portfolio.its just being a TV Guru that's all it is .. he could have went on the seminar how to circuit just as easy.. remember 5k a home to him with no risk.. then he can throw Oceanpointe under the bus.. and obviously they are totally inept.. based on BP feedback.. its a cluster of epic proportions.   

And the self-showings, Zillow just did the biggest beta test of this, and it failed epically. unless loosing tens of millions is the goal, if that's the goal than they hit it out of the park. 

Obviously the dev here is going to be different just given the difference in geographies and an over lack of granite in the ground here, but theres an epic amount of projects going up here if you're interested in that kinda thing.

Some say a pool will trump a view and I tend to believe this, but if you have an epic view then it may tilt the other way. 

I would think trying to get the lender to execute one would be exhaustive well even if you have an inner creditor ... if you have a peer street situation wont matter much as that was a cluster of epic proportions.

Also next year Epic world opens and will bring in even more tourists....Good luck
