you need to own the land or have more experience. make 100 calls to land developers nationally. use linkedin and get some experience for a month. this is a self taught business. very specialized. 

I've been trying to connect with them via LinkedIn, but if there is a better way I'd love to pick your brain ya just find out their phone number and call them thats what we did.. 

You can also follow Richmond-focused real estate groups on social media and LinkedIn, and work with local agents specializing in investment properties to stay on top of deals.

Be intentional with your content, Instagram and Linkedin are powerful.

However, it was not something that we planned on and I did not have any sort of communication prior to with that particular poster planning to highlight their services.I was telling someone earlier that this is the LinkedIn ghostwriter strategy now and it's SO obvious when it happens.

Some investors offer mentoring, so reaching out through forums or LinkedIn could help.

Perhaps you could share your LinkedIn profile showing your business background, or even photos of yourself at land investing meetups or events you've attended as an independent investor?

I went ahead and downloaded GoodEgg's track record to see how they do it, and let's just say it would be easy to assume they had more control than they did on a lot of the deals.All told, if the company website, and the People that work there according to LinkedIn, are not showing any operational roles, they are likely a capital raiser.
