@Aaron Farr I know many people in the BP community use Expensify to scan receipts.I'm biased, but Kitt is a great option to track all your income & expenses and toggle by property.Otherwise Airtable can help make your spreadsheet easier to use, if rolling your own still works best.Hope that helps.

Used home floors have cracks and grease and gray epoxy flooring with glittering is fashionable these days.

-Speaking in glittering generalities about what syndication/Investors/ potential investors may or may not do is a great thought experiment and can certainly come up with situations in which not changing the law could be helpful.

Hello BP members,I had a tenant move out on February 28, 2018 and she dumped a LARGE pile of kitty-litter (with cat feces) in a large woodchip garden bed that is attached to the home (we also took photos for evidence). 

I love what I do and the people I meet as it may not always be sunshine and glitter but it always brings out the best in me and pushes me to be the best. 

You're thinking to buy a rental property and use the rental income to supplement the travel kitty. 

Has she tried kitty litter or a special cleaning agent?

I want them out.They supposedly, via the previous sellers flushed kitty litter down the drains requiring plumbing to be redone at a $5000 expense before I purchased the property.
