We know of a bunch of the servicers but curious of others have servicers they prefer.

The servicers have to send notices 15 days prior to the transfer, but the new servicer is required by law to honor any payments made to the old servicer for 60 days.

Problem with these is 1) they won't appreciate as quickly as those closer to the city and 2) it's a whole different tenant base, usually with a lot more management.
