If i was giving someone 65k I would be on a plane and meeting them in person.Cannot say this about this website, but there are plenty of scams out there to take advantage of those in distress, including syndicators.

But this is why I've been telling you to focus on the cost vs return - imagine someone wanted to give you $13K (lottery, gift, whatever), but you had to buy a $1000 plane ticket to go pick it up.

Basically, it sounds like you just got your learner's permit to fly a small personal non-commercial plane, and instead, you went out and bought a fighter jet...

It isn't jumping out of the plane that hurts, in fact it's a pretty nice view, it's hitting the ground that does the damage.
