Hi, I ordered two ADUs from TINI Living (they're in Spain). 

I have noticed a lot of investors are seeking out cities that are offering lower priced lots and simply adding a Modular or Manufactured and capturing a very nice cash flow.There is a new trend starting in Florida and in other states where an investor buys a piece of land or lot and add a 'Tiny Home". 

AirbnB, long term rentals, how large is the house,  how many rooms... your message should be extremely specific.And do not neglect Pinterest.

Construction crews leave their tools and materials on job sites with doors unlocked and theft is extremely rare.Location, location, location.

It's extremely frustrating in this day and age to not think mobile first.

We understand that but frankly we are extremly reluctant to ablidge.

My wife and I are extremely thankful to you all for helping us take this next journey in life. 

Funds are beginning to run extremely tight.
