The sewer systems in the streets in some areas are over 100 years old and falling apart.Things might have changed but used to Fulton county had a law on the books where a water lien WAS NOT discharged through a foreclosure.A 2k water lien the costs per hour by an attorney could easily eclipse that.

@Paul Lucenti, I had the same experience last year and I had to login to eclipse and provide a profit/loss sheet and pay them about $50.

I'm going to be out of town during the April eclipse.

@Aaron LindenYou are welcome.....and yes, thanks for pointing out the discrepancies within neighborhoods.This is especially so if somebody chooses to invest in some C and below areas where the lure of cash flow may look good on paper but the headaches more often than not may eclipse the perceived returns.

I'm now realizing that I could slow down at work and use multiple beach properties to supplement what I would have earned at work and maybe even eclipse my income so that I could work at whatever pace I wanted to.

I would say that the value of joining the BP community and just seeing what other people are doing has far, far eclipsed what I learned in that seminar.
