@Albert Gallucci this is the 64,000 question and I tend to agree with @Jaron Walling it's really not that cut and dry. 

If novations are done using a broker, it's straight up CYA.

I was hoping it was more straight forward. 

Or does it have to based off a straight paying tenant?
