Now, I am not sure if the banks I have dealt with have just made it complicated to explain to new comers or I did not understand (after repeatedly trying to understand their process) it completely, but it seems too complicated.

Like Park fee School Fees late comer fee's so on and so forth will add anywhere from a low of 30k per lot to 100k or more.

Gathering all of that info before even presenting to you a) could become another full time job with zero return b) could lose you the deal due to not acting faster whilst waiting on rent roll that may never even come! Rent
