Equitymultiple and CityFunds

Hi,

I am a new comer in real estate investment community and looking for different platforms and syndications.

Not sure this is right a forum to ask...

I have done investing through couple of crowdsource platforms like Realtymogul and Arrived. Still early to say anything but at least Arrived started playing monthly interest.

How are Equitymultiple and Cityfunds ( by Nada)?  I appreciate hearing about experiences with them specially if someone is with them for few years.

Specifically

- are they stable/viable  in long run

- deal quality

- liquidation ease ( if in funds)

Thanks
