If I want to terminate I just ask for my money back.. they cant hold it since it not Em.. same as when I am funding deals for others.. we might send in 100% of the purchase price to escrow but if something comes up I just cancel and get it all back..

The LLC, to the extent you have taxable income, will create a double taxation problem for you in Canada because, as you indicated, the CRA does not recognize the pass-through election you would make in the US for the entity.

While Pace Morby seems to know his stuff, he puts out incredibly long videos and I didn't have time to sort through all that fluff & didn't want to pay 8k to be in his course. 

I have some upcoming turnover in the next few weeks, I basically just need someone to market the property on my behalf, screen potential tenants, and get the rooms filled then I can take over.
