Eventually I want to get into single family and multi family rentals.As far as effort or work on the fixers;  my brother in law is quite handy and my next door neighbor has said he would help in anything that is out of my scope of expertise. 

TLDR: Quicken (quickbook’s little brother) is super easy, cheap, and still overkill for someone with less than 20 properties.

The best part is, Wagner and Werner are brothers!!  

I was talking to my brother on the phone and would like to get others educated opinions on the matter.

We've seen cases for example where clients want to send their brother or cousin to do electrical work that they aren't licensed for.What I don't think would work is to have a ticket come in, and then reach out to a client so they can shop around for plumbers.

Starting a property management company with my brother and my dad was a mix of teamwork, trust, and family dinners doubling as business meetings.

Hoping that my brother in law will be able to build and manage a contracting team. 

Every dime went into a SFH, live-in flip, and my brother was paying $400 to live with me.
