However, a contractor stopped by to do some other work in the apartment and told us that if he was us, he never would have allowed it, she is parked right by the garage where it charges overnight and he told me that if this Chevy Bolt catches fire our house will burn down and we are liable for car and everything.

Gas Prices!

I doubt it, but we shall see.but to answer your question, I invested in some MPG increasing items for my truck. it's a V8 that now gets over 21mpg if I go easy on the throttle. thats as good and better then most V6 SUV's and trucks.we also drive my wife's car more often on weekends. which gets close to 30, and sometimes more mpg.even as I expect gas prices to drop before this happens, I am savings to buy a hybrid Silverado in the next few years. i think I read that Chevy may release a real one as early as 2007-08.

Private financing! What type of house?

Off hand, good terms, very good rate for seller financing, so good it makes me wonder, guess that means $1,080,000.00 financed. What is better depends on your market. The only other advice is ask questions that has much more detail about the circumstances and what the goals are.Asking what is better, as you did, is like asking what's better, a Ford, Chevy or a Dodge?
