This past year Raytheon announced they are adding 2,000 jobs, Caterpillar relocated its engineering team to Downtown Tucson adding 500 jobs, Comcast and Home Goods announced adding hundreds of jobs each and there are more announcements happening every month.

Also, there is industry all around Athens including a Pepsi plant and caterpillar plant ( meaning there are blue-collar workers moving here and they either buy or rent) and because of the movie business boom in Atlanta we are getting a lot of people moving back to Athens because they are being priced out of homes closer to Atlanta.

Recently 1.5 Million in downtown street scape updates and a mixed use complex will be coming in when Caterpillar leaves.  

A great example would be Caterpillar building a new mining center just west of downtown.

It'd be like assigning The Very Hungry Caterpillar to a high school senior AP English class. 

I have a whole house portable genie 12k watt/15k watt starting power -3yr old caterpillar.

I know Victoria has major employers such as the university, hospital system, school district, the new Caterpillar plant, and the now I 69 highway going through it.Why did you choose to invest in the Victoria market rental market?

It wasn’t too long ago when I posted about large companies like Caterpillar and Raytheon bringing thousands of jobs to Tucson.

On my opinion investing in Peoria is like rolling a dice because Caterpillar for the most part is closing down most of there facilities but the hospital presence is strong.
