One small oil spill-yes if they didn't notice it was leaking and then got it fixed; but multiple spills means they didn't fix the car.Options to try are baking soda and vinegar or dish soap like dawn that breaks down the oil. 

Like Michael said, I would use a cleaner once a month to clean or biweekly, restock the common area items (like TP, dish soap, etc), and sign up for routine lawn and snow services.

I’m in an east coast beach area where it’s been traditional for guests to bring everything - linens,TP, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies etc.

You can use one of those special soap mixes to pretreat, then pressure wash.Ozone machine?

i’m sure it’s due to the soap they have been pumping down there but can’t prove it. who pays the $400 Electrician bill?

However, I haven't been consistent with the other hand soaps, dish soap, etc. used as no one has brought it up yet.
