You can always door knock, send out mailers, cold call, etc.

AI is not some magical, all-knowing miracle that can pull leads out of thin air.AI is simply a faster, more hands-off way to find the same low-quality leads you get from DMM, cold calling, and SMS marketing.You’re not improving lead quality—you’re just finding bad leads faster.

A lot of people believe that buying a property in a Trust or transferring it into a Trust keeps a Due On Sale from being called.

However once they completely moved out, they refused to answer my calls and messages.

But before calling someone make sure their number is not on do not call registry.After saying all of that, as an owner of multiple rental properties - I don't like to be called, received text from unknown persons if I didn't provide explicit permission to be contacted.

Can do even simpler than what we do with an online contract system and call center.
