I saw an offer like this one recently with a Navy Federal bank statement that "had $700K" in the bank and it seemed legit.. but the LLC wasn't active with the state and they had assignment of contract language all over it.

My wife and I create Real Estate Meet-ups wherever we live (lived in many places due to being in the Navy for 21 years) and I believe that these groups help change that potential energy of potential investors into kinetic energy and make kinetic investors.

In 2017 we started our journey with long-term buy-and-hold investment properties in the Memphis, TN area after selling a property that we were losing money on every month in NOVA that we purchased as a primary residence in Jan 2007 (talk about all-time bad timing) and then had to move with the Navy in 2009 (2nd all-time worst timing).

My son just joined the Navy and now that I’m an empty nester I want to make a shift and bet on myself!
