On another note, you are a beast for getting into this even younger than me!

I'm now considering expanding my real estate ventures into building custom homes, but I know this is an entirely different beast between the required capital, learning curve, time committment, etc. 

Here are just a few commentsA syndication with 5 levels of membership is a pretty complicated beast.  

I don’t necessarily love working with numbers,  but I realize it’s the nature of the beast.   

I've bought a ton of homes pre-foreclosure and at auction, happy to be a resource on that stuff, plus we just launched Bid Pirate, which is the one place online for NH, where you can see all the upcoming foreclosure auctions in one spot - you can learn a lot from the regulars at the auctions........ get after it, sister!

The "cancer" is a living beast and it is fighting for it's very survival.

It’s just the nature of the beast.

I left my job earlier this month with the intent of retiring -- not so sure how that's working out as now I'm interviewing as I feel like I'm not being productive (this is an entirely different beast).  

Seems like 130 units is a beast to manage, I'd love to hear about your on-site management systems and "experience management" process to stand out amongst the fierce competition in the smokies. 

HUD and Agency financing is another beast compared to conventional or non-bank lending (Secondary Market).
