A lot of backlinking campaigns on fiverr.com can actually hurt your SEO efforts.

No one can every truly say "if you get EXACTLY 17 backlinks that are do-follow from a page rank 3 site, you will be number one."  

Build back links and drive traffic to it (bigger pockets is a good back link).
