The company sent me because they said B of A had a hard time getting the people to send in paperwork. 90% of the people I talked to said they had faxed in their paperwork over 10 times and B of A said they never received it each time.

The key here is that B’s property was a mobile home which was not legal affixed to the property (it was taxed like a car and had a title) … so after A had the same disclosures and I begged him not to buy “subject to” the closing was completed… SO… I scared the hell out of both parties, and caused the guru a lot of discomfort, and it took four hours for these transactions.

@Theresa HarrisYes, we did constantly tell them we believed that was the law and because of the pandemic and lifting of the moratorium (we have a had a ton of turn over this year, but we are fortunate because the last three years we had all 16 units occupied by same people) they could not find a place that was suitable for their size.
