They always have recommended contractors and other vendors.If you travel too much, Columbus and Cincinnati ones are completely online so great way to get education for any strategy and recommendations (plus they have an online women’s investing group that I volunteer with hosting responsibilities ;-)The hard part is getting a good team.

There is soooo much more, so take it one step at a time, talk with all of the people on here who are willing to volunteer some time to talk with you, read the posts, attend REIA meetings, talk to the companies where you want to invest and then, the most important step, take action with the company in the location that best suits your style of investing once you have done your research.

Insurance costs are typically predicated on age, type construction, Risk of Fire, type of Fire Service (Cost of a Volunteer Fire Dept vs a Municipal FD), weather related risk such as Hurricanes along the coast, Storm related activity in the Texas Panhandle, etc.

I seriously doubt you have any recourse that will allow you to purchase this particular property, but if the listing agent revealed to your agent that she didn't submit the offer, you should certainly file a complaint.I assume if the listing agent volunteered the information about not submitting your offer, she had an excuse to go with it (seems unlikely she'd admit to not submitting without having an excuse)...do you know what that excuse was?
