Hi everyone!

I've been on the site for a while, but I've never officially introduced myself. I've been catching up on the podcast, and trying to keep up on the blog posts. There's just so much good info that I haven't been in the forums a whole lot.

Anyways, my name is Greg. I'm just outside of Tampa, FL, and I am looking to purchase a 2-4 unit rental property here in Eastern Hillsborough county to start my RE career. I had previously kind of been reading a lot and looking a little, and feel like I was getting into the analysis paralysis zone, but lately I've been looking a lot more, and I'm really enjoying the process. Right now my main job is in insurance, but I'm looking forward to building passive income, so that I can free up my time to do more travel and volunteer work.

I guess that's all for now. Just wanted to say hello!
