I am looking for a great contractor in the salt lake city area we are doing flips and i need someone reliable

 I'm currently working as bartender at a local restaurant, so I do have a job.I'm aiming for properties that can be forcefully appreciated in value through rehabbing and be deemed as a reliable cash flow investment so that when I turn around to sell it, I'll have the option of leveraging the 1 year lease, or whatever the situation is, at the negotiation table.

Is there a website where I can get rating (ABC etc.) and how reliable it is?

I am looking to buy some properties there and would like to find reliable person connected  there.  

If anyone has any reliable, honest and transparent property managers that are tenant friendly and know how to work with owners, I would really like to partner with you in the South Lakeland market. 

If a property listed on the MLS there usually is a disclaimer that says ( Information deemed to be reliable but not guaranteed ).

Lastly, can anyone recommend a reliable property management company in the area?  

Hi @Julie MecheWe have helped 150+ overseas investors purchase turnkey US properties since 2008 and I have yet to find a reliable way for them to get finance.

Maybe some others have had good luck with it, but it doesn't appear to be 100% reliable to me.

The safe, reliable car argument doesn't fly either.
