I like sticky paper to catch the ones that are already in the house but any trap you like or poison works.The plastic sheeting, I just paid $100 for it to go under one of my houses, over all the crawl space and its sooo narrow the guy got stuck under the house.

Each stick is a "right" the possessor of that stick has in the property. 

After the guy came and didn’t see inside, we got a stickie that said to call and they will reschedule a tour.

I am in a similar sticky situation right now with a property in rural New Mexico, Ruidoso specifically. 

Are you guys are hopeful that property prices will hold steady or appreciate in next few years with interest rate rate on rice?

@Marc Rice actually that’s exactly what I’m trying to do here in Albuquerque.

The benefit of DIY long term property management is that, unless you are extremely unlucky straight out of the gate, most of the time, the lessons/sticky situations come very slowly, sporadically, which allow you time to learn.

@Abel Curiel prices are "downward sticky": there is a close to zero chance we see prices drop (outside the the normal seasonality).
