@Bryan Otteson no I don't do the super guru - I am working with the local Denver Chapter of National REIA - I don't think there will even be any speaker sales as that is not what this event is about - its more to introduce the attendees to the REIA groups and their members in the various markets so they can reach out and ask question and for help rather than buying from the super Guru guys.

I searched on bigger pockets and found there is a meetup in Santa Clarita where I live and it was from a speaker who was going to talk about out-of-state investing.

They have speakers, deal deep dives, home tours and marketing meetings each month.

He has also brought mini guest speakers to talk about the area they specialize in.

There have been some interesting, outside the box investing options presented by several speakers we've had in the past.

I host monthly REI events, plenty of guest and sometimes speakers  invest out of state, we are all for it. 

I think constant listening to motivational speakers on YouTube helps with dislodging some of our preconceived notions and replace it with better truths.
