I own and operate a remodeling company with my business partner.

He didn't give me too much info, just said "complete remodel restoration on an 8 unit and a 5 unit stateside." so i'm not sure.  

I would suggest that you settle on a city where one of the partner's live.It's tough (from my own experience), to manage a flip/remodel when you don't have boots on the ground.
