Help me make these serious people here chill  and relax a bit. 

Nobody plans or wants to move in the winter so I expect prices to relax a little more. 

I like and been lucky to have experienced both concentrated and diversified management level, and nothing beats a relaxed time and push people around by setting employee deadlines.

I just keep working and find it hard to sit down and relax for extended periods of time.
