My state requires all offers to be on official state forms, is it legal for me to use these state forms or are these forms usually only accessible for licensed Real Estate Agents?

@Zeke ListonI have been doing some research about that and recently an agent guesstimated what my house is worth without and official appraisal. she doesn’t think I would get much on the refi but houses are selling for a lot more than she appraised my house.

Hey BP, so I've officially realized after a few refusals and crazy offers that I need to take off-market deals more seriously.

However, the seller won't provide copies of the current leases or any financial info like tax returns, income statements, etc.He sent a typed document that listed all current expenses and the rent for each unit but just his word and no official docs.He keeps stating that he wants to sell "As Is" and doesn't want a lot of hassle.

Nonetheless, my feet are officially wet.

It worries me to not have an official document stating that the park is grandfathered.
