Went to another unit where another tenant moved out last night.Man they left tons of nail holes throughout.I said no nails in the wall.When this happens do you repaint the whole unit or just spot paint where the holes are?

I know that technically they are still considered tenants, but I so badly wanted to clean the place and begin to fix the thousands of nail holes in order to re-rent the unit ASAP.

It doesn't sound like you will have much room for profit margin in the area the house is located in, so I would really make sure you have your costs nailed down before proceeding with this project.
