I taught in a schoolfor a brief 6 months and my students had the bites everywhere.I’m looking to purchase multi unit or commercial property.  

I am in the Tampa Florida area and we have great opportunities with multi families.  

Thank you for your help and I will be looking for any duplex’s in that area that need fixed & please let me know if you come pass a multi unit under 4. 

I know it's counter-intuitive that more demand causes lower returns, but it's basically an investor saying I need to park 5 billion dollars now, and I'll do it for 0.01% less than the other guy.

I had a multi but I sold it because returns are really not worth the headaches of an older home from 1907 and it already appreciated 100k+ in 2 years because of this insane market. 

I’m a huge fan of the multi-family model of investing and would like to eventually build up to owning apartment complexes.

The 1.8 Billion dollar verdict and now the 418 Million dollar settlement just breakup a classic Cartel, hence the ruling that it was an anti-trust violation.
