I don't know any out of there at the moment but I do know an AMAZING home inspector out there.

I sold that home about 2 years ago to buy my first Airbnb in Tampa, FL which thankfully is going well. 

This tends to be more time intensive and more for someone that has a lot of time and limited income as you may find a "home run" type deal with some effort/energy.

All while home prices are slowly rising.

Hello,My wife and I recently found a property that fits all of the things we are looking for, perfect location, price, rooms, etc. except for one problem: The previous owner was a smoker :( Does anyone have experience buying/renting out/living in a home previously owned by smokers?

I as a lender as part of settlement had our servicer unwind some negative reporting.As a sidenote I saw a post online somewhere else where someone who had an owner occupied home for several years relocated for work and teh servicer sent a letter telling them they are not in compliance with their loan because it must be owner occupied for the entirety of the loan even though the loan docs say one year....Again, servicer overstepping their bounds
