Well, not everyone want's to buy, I have countless #'s of such tenant's, and yes some prefer to keep there cash in a safe vs a bank, different strokes for different folks. 

We have spent countless hours listening to many of the great podcasts episodes on Bigger Pockets and reading through forums/posts.

But I’ve heard countless stories of a valve leaking or a cross threaded connector and their warranty support not helping at all.

I think rentals are a good stable game. Rents
