If he doesn't collaborate, I would hate having to rely on an attorney, but I think I have a good case.I am not flipping this place, but regardless, mold disclosures are not required in Illinois.

Your list maybe totally different from mine because you may have different values.Some of the things that I value:Ability to collaborate versus compete.Ability to communicate.Leadership ability.Integrity even when things go bad. 

I always have deals coming my way, wouldn’t mind collaboration together.

I hope to use that experience to transfer over to the investor side and as @Michael Bishop mentions, looking to connect with people to share ideas, experiences, and stories and perhaps collaborate on a deal together!

Working on projects, brainstorming, collaborating, bantering back & forth as a team really helps bring synergy to what you're doing.    3) I've been thinking about playing volleyball again, and just got a set of golf clubs so I can incorporate some physical activity into my schedule.  

I don't have a lot of experience, but I would be interested in putting time and energy into a collaboration with other investors. 

Just think if our politicians could collaborate like this.
