Looking to meet some wholesalers and investor friendly realtors in Bend and Redmond, Oregon.

I'm not saying the inspector will do a bad job, but in my experience you sure can bend an inspectors ear far too easily to get your desired results.

More likely is that over tightening just bends the flange slot, and I've seen bolts pop out of flange because of this. 

I'm currently located in the Kansas City area,  but my job relocates me frequently, moving to South Bend Indiana in a month.

-The property line appears to line up with the driveway from the road to the backyard (actually, it is paved and used as parking area) and then bends outwards (~15 deg) toward the neighbor.

They are more likely to hold the mortgages and bend on some of the requirements.  

Specifically the Bend area?

A and B want to swap houses and (guessing a bit here) have A end up owning house #2 with a mortgage and B end up owning house #1 free and clear.If A could simply get a mortgage now to buy house #2 and sell house #1 to B this would be nice and clean.

Okay lets bend a little here and there accommodate good tenants and they will respect that and not leave me hanging.
