I just spoke at the NorCal Real Estate Mastermind last week and discussed how my partners and I are investing in Class A & B properties, looking for value add and forced appreciation.

There's also facebook groups you can join like Fearless Real Estate Investors (hosted by Corey & Tiffany Young), Real Estate Investors Mastermind (hosted by Russell Westcott), and SAVVY INVESTOR (hosted by Mike Ponte) that all have regular video trainings.

Last weekend I had pre-paid to be with one of my mastermind business groups to be in Costa Rica, however I ended up in Costa Mesa.Fixer Jay Decima  held what may have been his last (3) day seminar and I wasn't going to miss this.

The mastermind calls are good but not worth the money.

I just spent my first $ on a mastermind group and it was worth every cent I paid (but that's completely different from $30k in education).
