Emphasize on things that make you property unique.

I will echo that and also emphasize that it is best not to have tenants do any repair/remodel work on the rentals they are living in. 

I think it should be emphasized though that holding four balls in the air if times get tough is much harder than one free and clear property.

And while the transition will be tricky it could pan out well too - a long-term tenant could end up saving you tons in marketing and paint over time.If I were you I would meet her in person and emphasize that you're excited to work with her.

I should have emphasized enlarging the doorway as well.  

Again I want to emphasize that I absolutely mean no disrespect to other TK providers.)I have already spoken with JWB, and anticipate using them soon.  

Also, if you're not using a buyers agent, emphasize that the selling agent could get double commission.

I know that Brandon and David always emphasize how important it is to surround yourself with rockstars and that is something I am looking to do.
