I don't see public protection schemes being replaced by unlicensed technology. 

Hi Ian,In almost all states there are limits to what an unlicensed people can and cannot do, just think of the medical profession, can you prescribe prescriptions?

Handyman services are becoming a thing of the past, as Florida continues to prohibit unlicensed people work on your property.  

If I had to describe it simply I'd say its "unlicensed brokering", since you're putting a buyer and a seller together (i.e., brokering a transaction) and you don't have a license.

Of course there's also the liability of hiring an unlicensed guy on a ladder too.

BPOs are worthless b/c most are done by inexperienced newbies trying to make a few $$, or by unlicensed surrogates of busy agents.
